Biography

I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, driven by a deep passion for energy, climate action, and sustainability.

I co-founded a recycling startup, where I gained valuable experience in sustainability, innovative problem-solving, and promoting environmental awareness. Later, I developed expertise in management, operations, strategic planning, and fostering inclusion for local communities through various roles.

These experiences enhanced my leadership and organizational skills and deepened my understanding of creating sustainable impact.

I currently work with the Jordan INGO Forum, where I handle high-level coordination and represent INGOs operating in Jordan in front of the government, donors, and internationally.

My decision to shift from engineering to the nonprofit sector reflects my vision to create lasting change, as I am dedicated to positioning myself where I can give back to those in need and contribute to creating solutions that are both impactful and sustainable.
