Biography

Ruba is a highly skilled professional with a strong background in project management and partnership coordination. She has successfully led and supervised project activities while effectively managing partners. Ruba’s expertise extends to collaborating in the development of research studies and creating comprehensive reports that highlight project learnings and identify challenges.

Prior to her role at Plan International, Ruba served as a Project Officer and MEL focal point at War Child. In this capacity, she played a crucial role in monitoring program implementation and progress throughout the project lifecycle in Jordan. Ruba demonstrated her proficiency in developing qualitative and quantitative data collection tools, conducting data analysis, and leading report writing.

In addition to her work with NGOs, Ruba made significant contributions to global research efforts. She successfully managed the data collection and translation process for the “The silent pandemic” study in Jordan. Furthermore, Ruba’s research on the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Amman was recognized with an award for its excellence.
