When Rahaf Jaber became a translation consultant with several NGOs such as Save the Children and USAID, she realized that humanitarian work inspired her. As of that moment, she opted to widen her experience to become a skillful translator and interpreter in this sector.
Thereby, Rahaf joined Islamic Relief Worldwide in conjunction with the Lazord Fellowship as a Project Support Officer, being chiefly responsible for reporting and translation. She gained outsize experience and added great value to the organization, especially in reporting, translation, and proposal writing.
Rahaf holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Translation from the University of Petra. Thanks to the tremendous curiosity she had towards her major, she proudly graduated at the top of her class. In 2016, she established her own small business as a freelance translator, building good professional relationships with prestigious NGOs and clients since then.
