Biography

Farida is passionate about creating impact through inclusive, community-based solutions. Her passion for the development sector was shaped by four years of active involvement with VIA Club, a student organization that connects public university students to the labor market, which she remained committed to throughout her university studies. This experience marked the beginning of her journey of self-discovery, through which she gained valuable insights and found deep fulfillment in contributing to positive change.

She has continued this journey in her professional career through various roles, including serving as a Business Development Officer at Enroot and later as a Project Officer at iCareer. Farida is eager to gain a deeper understanding of the development sector and learn how to create large-scale change.
