Enas Alkurdi is a dedicated educational counselor and psychology graduate with a passion for supporting youth and fostering positive change in her community. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Jordan in 2009. She has extensive experience in psychosocial support and case management through her work with organizations such as Humanity & Inclusion, Save the Children, and SOS Children’s Villages. As a Lazord Fellow (2013–2014), Enas contributed to youth leadership and active citizenship initiatives with Leaders of Tomorrow. She remains proud of her journey with Lazord and continues to be inspired by its values in her ongoing work and future aspirations.
Currently, Enas works as a school counselor at the Ministry of Education in Jordan, where she provides guidance and psychological support to students, helping them navigate academic and personal challenges. Enas is passionate about supporting youth, promoting emotional well-being, and creating positive impact in her community, building on the knowledge and skills she gained through the Lazord program and her professional journey.
