Biography

Mohammed Mortadha Issaoui is a researcher and MEAL professional at JYIF, devoted to integrity, participation, equity, and people-centered change, and committed to nurturing sustainability in the way individuals think, act, and grow. A human-centric empowerment leader, he channels his work into understanding communities and guiding impact that endures. His path is grounded in a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture and a Master’s in Design for Sustainable Development, strengthened by experiences with Student Energy, YCLA, Student4Change, AIESEC, SDG Camps, and the Hult Prize—programs where he shaped ideas into meaningful action. Today, he thrives where people, purpose, and planet meet, creating quiet ripples that build lasting change.
