Ibrahim Mansor grew up in Alexandria, where the sea whispered that there is always more beyond the horizon. His first real lesson in change came not from a classroom, but from a friend; a brilliant visually impaired student who navigated a world not made for him yet rose to the top of their engineering class. Walking beside him through university, Ibrahim saw the barriers, the overlooked potential, and the power of inclusion.
That friendship sparked a journey into civic engagement, disability inclusion, and education. From leading workshops at INGOs like Save the Children, TDH and GIZ to co-founding Hum, a project helping children reconnect with their Arab identity through accessible storytelling, Ibrahim has conducted over 250 hours training, designing, and inspiring. Each challenge, everyone reached, and every idea shared has reinforced his belief: change begins in the small, human moments, and with empathy, creativity, and determination, those moments can reshape the world.
